This hand-painted turquoise bowl is a wide, shallow coupe soup bowl decorated in a traditional design, painted by [artist name] at Manna Pottery. It measures 8″ wide and 2.5″ high (20.3 × 6.4 cm), which makes it large enough to serve from and pretty enough to leave out on the table.
A bright turquoise glaze covers the inside and outside of the bowl. Inside, thin beaded lines fan out from a small flower at the center like the petals of a rosette. Around the rim, a border of pointed arches in cobalt and royal blue frames the design, and lime-green dots and small dark details pick out the pattern. Because every line is painted by hand, small differences from piece to piece are part of its character, not a flaw.
