How It Works

Visit Us
Come in whenever we’re open. No appointment, no waiting list. Weekends fill up faster than weekdays, so book ahead if you want a guaranteed time or you’re bringing a group.

Choose Your Piece
Over 200 bisque pieces on the shelves: mugs, plates, tiles, bowls, figurines, kitchenware, and seasonal designs. Most pieces run $15 to $30.

Everything Is Included
Paints, glazes, brushes, stamps, and stencils are all out and ready to use. Show up empty-handed. We clean up after.

Pickup & Shipping
Leave your piece with us. We glaze it, fire it, and call or email you when it’s ready, usually in 10 to 15 days. Need it faster? Ask about priority firing.

What It Costs

A $12 studio fee per person covers all the paint, glazing, and kiln firing. Add the price of whatever piece you pick, and that’s your total. No hourly rate, no hidden fees.

Best Time to Drop In

Weekday afternoons are our quietest stretch. Saturdays get busy from midday on. Driving in from out of town on a weekend? Give us a call first and we’ll tell you how full we are.

Call ahead if you’re coming far

Coming as a Group?

Six or more painting together? Let us know ahead of time so we can put tables together for you. Bigger groups and parties have their own space.

Reserving isn’t required, but it takes the guesswork out of weekends, holidays, and group visits. Pick a slot and your seats are held for you.

Don’t see a time that works for you? Just walk in. We’ll find you a spot.

Booked a time? Please try to arrive on time. If you’re going to be more than 15 minutes late, give us a call and we’ll hold your spot. Walking in? No need to call at all.

You’re always welcome to walk in and paint with us! Reservations are encouraged, especially on weekends, to help ensure your spot. You can easily reserve online, or simply give us a quick call before heading over. Walk-ins are always welcome, subject to availability.

This was actually our second or third time coming, and every time we go, I’m reminded why we keep coming back. There’s something so fun about getting to sit down, choose your own piece, and create something that is completely unique to you.

This visit was especially meaningful because I painted a plate for our wedding that says “The Whitmoyers — 9.19.26.” 🤍 It’s not perfect, the lines aren’t all even and it very clearly looks hand-painted, but that’s exactly what makes it so special to me. I made it myself for such an important moment in our lives, and now we have something completely one-of-a-kind that we can display in our home and keep forever.

I was also so impressed with how quickly they fired our pottery and had everything ready for us! I love that every time we come here, we leave with more than just a piece of pottery, we leave with something we created ourselves and a memory attached to it. I already know this wedding plate is going to be one of those little things I treasure for years. 🤍💍

I liked that it was a smaller class, we were able to fully learn the process. Emily & Raz were very patient and encouraging.
