While we strive to achieve the best possible results, there is always a small risk involved in the kiln-firing process, which is beyond our control. Historically, our loss rate has been less than 2%; however, we cannot guarantee the outcome of any fired item.
By participating in the workshop, you acknowledge and accept this inherent risk.
Finished items must be picked up within 30 days of completion.
If items are not collected within this time frame, we reserve the right to recycle them and are not responsible for holding or storing them after the 30-day period.
By recycling, we mean that unclaimed items may be given to children in our studio as gifts. We consider this a gift from one artist to another.
