Service Description Celebrate the joy of handmade giving this season in our 4-Week Holiday Handbuilding Workshop! Perfect for beginners and returning potters alike, this festive experience invites you to create heartfelt, personal clay gifts — all handmade with love and fired with joy. What You’ll Create & Learn: ✨ Essential handbuilding techniques — pinch, coil, and slab construction 🎁 Holiday-inspired projects like mugs, ornaments, trays, and candle holders 🌿 Surface design, carving, and texture to make your pieces truly unique 💫 Glazing and decorating guidance to bring your creations to life Each session includes three hours of guided studio time to shape, design, and craft your projects. As a bonus, you’ll also receive a free pass to our Paint-Your-Pottery Studio — so you can return to glaze and finish your pieces in our cozy, creative space at your own pace. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancellations within 24 Hours: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the class or workshop start time due to the short notice and inability to fill the spot. Cancellations before 24 Hours: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the class or workshop will incur a $10 cancellation fee. Kiln Firing Risk Policy While we strive for the best results, there is always a small risk involved in the kiln firing process, which is beyond our control. Historically, the loss rate has been less than 2%, but we cannot guarantee the outcome of any fired item. By participating, you acknowledge and accept this inherent risk. Item Pickup Policy Finished items must be picked up within 60 days of completion. If items are not collected within this time frame, we reserve the right to recycle them, and we are not responsible for holding or storing them.
