Homeschool Pottery Wheel Class + Free Studio Day (Ages 11+) Tuesdays | 2:00–4:00 PM January 20 – February 24 6-Week Program | $277 | Max 6 students Give your homeschooler a creative, hands-on learning experience with our 6-week pottery wheel course — plus a free studio day to return and glaze their finished pieces. Designed for ages 11 and up, this class builds real pottery skills in a supportive and fun environment. What They’ll Learn Students will gain experience in: Throwing on the pottery wheel Carving designs and textures Trimming their pieces for clean, finished forms Attaching handles (mugs, cups, etc.) Decorating their pottery with creative techniques Instructor Carollee — With 25 years of pottery teaching experience, especially with kids and teens, she brings patience, skill, and creativity to every class. Bonus Each student receives a free one-day studio pass after the course to come back at their convenience to paint and glaze their handmade pieces. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancellations within 24 Hours: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the class or workshop start time due to the short notice and inability to fill the spot. Cancellations before 24 Hours: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the class or workshop will incur a $10 cancellation fee. Kiln Firing Risk Policy While we strive for the best results, there is always a small risk involved in the kiln firing process, which is beyond our control. Historically, the loss rate has been less than 2%, but we cannot guarantee the outcome of any fired item. By participating, you acknowledge and accept this inherent risk. Item Pickup Policy Finished items must be picked up within 60 days of completion. If items are not collected within this time frame, we reserve the right to recycle them, and we are not responsible for holding or storing them.
